For coffee capsules, beverages, food products, and similar items, exchanges or returns are only accepted if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
In this case, Marvel Egypt Shop will cover the shipping fees for the exchange or return.
Shipping Fees
If the exchange or return is due to a wrong item or manufacturing defect, Marvel Egypt Shop will cover the shipping fees.
If the customer requests an exchange or return for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify the customer whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.
